everytime i use g4010 scanner, the pdf files got padlock icon beside the adobe icon. i can open it just fine using the computer i use for the scan, but my other office worker cant open the scanned file, they always get access denied notification. i have tried checking security permission from adobe acrobat but everything was allowed. anybody having any solution for this problem? thanks
