I just purchased a cannon pixma mg6320 and it is not letting me set it up.When the power came on it had an error message and despite what I have tried it is not going away. I have tried putting in the cartridges and the cartridge is in the wrong position. It did let me put paper in. I installed the software on my computer and used a printer cord to connect it to my computer. Turned it off and on, etc, etc and no movement, just the same error message it opened with. Appreciate any help.
