Performing a series of cleanings and deep cleanings on the printer may resolve the issue of the cyan ink not printing. To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps located here.
If the ink still does not print after performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings, the printer may require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
