My MX 922 suddenly stopped printing magenta. It quickly went from OK and faded away to nothing. The other 2 colors were fine. I did multiple head cleanings and deep cleanings to no avail. Tried new cartridges to no avail. I looked here to see what to do and removed and cleaned the print head manually. Made sure all ports were flowing etc. Now, NONE of the colors will print. B&W is fine. I tried multiple cleanings again etc,etc. What next? Redo the drivers? (Which I cannot find...)

Since the multiple cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.
If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
