Hello, Juls from Florida, so my hubby bought me the Canon Pixma mx3620 today first time tried printing some pictures and it was horrible the ink was wet on top of the picture thought it might be the photo paper was old so tried again on new paper cleaned the heads and nope printing of the picture is bad...any advice would be appriciated..

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. While we haven't made a printer with the model number "mx3620," we have made printers with similar model numbers, specifically the PIXMA MX360 and the PIXMA MG3620. Please let us know which one of these two models you have or if you have one that's altogether different. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

What photo paper are you using? What you display sometimes results when the image is printed on the wrong side of the paper. Many phot papers are really not paper, but a plastic base. The print side has a coating that will absorb the ink. The backside is uncoated plastic and the ink just pools on it.
