I rrecently purchased a Canon MG 3022 for my mother to allow her to print directly from her smartphone. The error message I receive after trying to connect to the printer "Cannot communicate with the printer. check that the printer is connected correctly." Please expand on "connected correctly". It is wirelessly working from two different computers on the network, clearly wirelessly connected. What else could be the issue that is prohibiting access to detect or connect to the printer from the smartphone(s)?
