label from word and excel won't print; everything else prints

my mg8220 printer all of a sudden won't print labels from word, it also won't print an excel spreadsheet, it used to do both! what has changed? it does print other files

no error messages, windows XP, printer connected by USB

please make sure your printer queue list is empty and update the printer drivers with latest drivers as per your high word and excel versions. in some cases its due to office products high version may cause such issues.
