just received the dreaded U052 message!

have had my pixma mp560 for 5 years and just received the dreaded U052 message.   Reset the print head and ink cartridges. unplugged mach for 10 min but still shows messages.   What do I do now?

i also have two of these mp560 's the first one had a B200 error had to unplug half way with print head re re  then start it up it works as long as i leave it on i guess  for ever now i bough a second hand one but it too has issues  and the second one just got the u052 i swithced the print heads and it is spacific to the print head  what will canon do?
