ip8720 on android, custom paper sizes

paper sizes in the android print services is extremely lacking. i need to print on several sizes not available as presets. is there a way to create custom paper sizes to print from android? or possibly a way to turn off the paper size check, built in the printer, so i can send a graphic set to 13x19 and it actually print on a physical piece of 11x17?

kind of dissappointed there have been no response - not even from a robo mod. oh well. 

i can get extra paper sizes in chrome os (fyde os). the chrome os printer driver will allow 11x17 and several other sizes. the android driver only offers european sizes and a couple japanese. no legal. no ledger. no executive. come on guys. this is pitiful.
