I have a Canon Pixma IP3000 printer. Color prints started coming out reddish. Three of the ink colors were very low so I changed them. The yellow cartridge was not replaced, as it looked full.
There was no change in the quality of prints. I did a print head cleaning and a deep cleaning. Still no change in print quality.
I cleaned the printer heads in a mixture of distilled water and ammonia and reinstalled the software. No change. I then took a text document and changes text color in different sections. One section red, another yellow and the last blue. The printout had red as red, yellow as yellow but blue came out purple.
Any thought on how I can fix this?
Thanks, Orin
