iX6820 won't print on any paper except plain copy paper

I'm trying to print on stationery that is 8.5x11 and slightly heavier than regular copy paper but it just goes through without anything printing on it. The same thing happens with labels. It prints on photo paper ok but will not print on this stationery.

Is it the same thing you are trying to print?

What paper setting are you using with the stationery paper?

Does a nozzle check print all colors correctly?

It prints perfectly on regular copy paper and also on photo paper. It just won't print on this stationery, which is 32 lb. paper - no texture. It did the same thing when I tried to print labels. The paper just goes through the feed without printing and the orange light flashes. When I look at the status it looks like it's still trying to print.

Check the specs for the printer. Maybe that paper weight isn’t triggering a sensor.
