Model TR7020a . Less than year old, not much use. I get an error code 1300 which means a paper jam, but there is no paper jam in the printer. If you have any suggestions, or the tel # for Canon tech service (I tried a couple and getting the crooks who want you to pay them, turns out they are not Cannon company.) Tnx so much, Steve

Hi,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
