how do I print a fax stored in memory on the printer

I'm having the same problem with my Canon Pixma MX410

Specify the document and print it following the procedure below.

 

1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

 

2. Load paper.

 

3. Press the FAX button.

The Fax standby screen is displayed.

 

4. Press the Menu button.

The Fax settings screen is displayed..

 

5. Use the button to select Memory reference, then press the OK button.

 

6. Use the button to select Print specified doc., then press the OK button.

The document selection screen is displayed.

I followed these steps and it DID resolve the problem however, steps 4 - 6 were not possible until I turned my machine off and back on again.  If you're still having trouble, you might try a restart.
