error message ijscanner in windows 10

hello,

 i have a mg4250 and a mg3050.firts i used the mg4250 but evreytime i get error message.

11,242,0 and 9,242,0 in a window of ijscanner.  I can not scan a documet or picture.

download a newer software of the site, install it.no result.

i thought the printer is defctive. i byed a other model mg3050. maybe it wil solve.,

but it does do the same.

i tryed in defender the port open. no result,

i tryed a othe directory. this directory i open en i shared. In defender i give this directory open for use.

the ijscanner.exe i give this a trusted app.

both printers i work with in wifi.

 

 can someone please tell me what to do next ?

My first suggestion would be to contact Canon Support in the region where you live.  At the very least you can speak to someone in your native language.

IJ Network Utility 242 errors are always related to permissions.  Either with the device or directory.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Before i write here i had contact with the canon support.
A get a few hints And mails. But not work. Now i get not any answer of the support after a few mails. I do not know what to do now?
