Need help I can't get rid of the error message 1259 on my almost new printer even there is no paper jammed. Thank you if you know how to solve this problem.

I have a printer Pixma TS8120 I use it on WI-Fi and can't get rid of the error message 1259. Thanks for helping me solve this problem. Clodie
