Just purchased a MG 3520 and run maybe 10 sheets of paper then a paper jam, it appears I am looking at a 5100 error. removed the jammed sheet and it all came out but nothing will fix the error code. I have owned many printers, none that have quit on me even after several years. First time ever I had a new printer quit on me this quick. Cleared jammed paper, unplugged for 10 minutes, Common guys this is a brand new printer !!!!
