Hi imoldude,
When double printing occurs, it is caused by the timing strip/encoder having a smudge or is dirty. To clean this, please follow the steps in this article:
https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&id=ART164472
After cleaning it once or twice, please attempt to print.
If the issue persists, your PIXMA MG3620 would require service.
