desktop

i have scanned a couple of images, but when i try to send them to the desktop, they become words,not images. i have the Canon MG 2100 printer/scanner.

i really want the images to be sent to my desktop. Any answers would be helpful Thanks

The issue may be related to the program that was used to scan.  Please try scanning your images with our MP Navigator program. 

If you experience any errors or difficulties with this software, please let us know.  Also, please tell us what version of Windows or Mac OSX is installed on your computer.  Once we have this information we will assist you further.

I figured out the answer, I just needed to change the setiings on where i wanted the photo to be stored, when I changed it to Desktop, it worked out. Thanks anyway
