completed all maintenance, all ok and printed ok. WILL not print manually, no nothing

PIXMA  MX392 All of a sudden my printer would not print.  I completed all the maintenance and all was fine and the test printed just fine. HOWEVER, NO print from microsoft word or no print when I just put something in machine manually.
