Hi
I have canon g1411 printer and when it comes to printing color black, its not working properly.
I've tested printing in 2 modes, plain paper and matte paper.
picture 1 is the design printed on plain paper mode and picture 2 shows printing on matte paper mode.
could you please tell me what is the problem?
the nozzle check looks completely fine and the printer heads are clean.

Greetings,
In pic #1, this might be related to the weight of the paper. Plain paper is not a good medium for pictures. It can get muddy and oversaturated.
Picture #2 look a lot better. Not sure what brand the paper is or if its correct for the media type selected.
