I have had my printer several years and I know I have scanned before but I just can't find the scanner now. I did upgrade to windows 10 and person had a hard time adding this printer.
I would appreciate any help, this is so strange I don't even see it on my computer ,the scanner I mean.
Please step by step directions I am not very techy.Thank you!

Hi,
If the printer driver was reinstalled, click your Windows start button and scroll down until you see a Canon Utilities folder. In that folder is the scan program called IJ Scan Utility.

I don't see a Canon Utilities folder listed under start. Could it be in another place? Thank you!
