The solution explained says remove ink wells, lift grey lever on the side of ink well holder and gentlyy remove the prointer head. That will not allow the printer head to come out, i could lift the whole printer holding the printer head, The only grey levers are at the front of the printer well holders, there is no other and they do not release the printer head. Has any one solved this already?
