Alternating green & orange lights (sequence of 2).  I have checked ink is installed correctly & have made sure that there are no paper jams

The error that you are experiencing can be caused by a paper jam.  There are 3 videos that we have created that you may watch which cover this issue. Please use the following links:

If the error persists, the next step would be to clean the encoder/timing strip.  To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:

If the error and power lights still blink, your PIXMA MG3620 would require service.  If your PIXMA MG3620 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
