does safari or google chrome confuse the printer. I tried my macbook air and my Hp and no print. I get a document name and status-error!

Hello.
What error occurs when you attempt to print? Make sure that new, genuine Canon inks are used for prevent any ink errors.
Also, are you able to perform copies from the printer itself?
