Windows 11 want read the scanner for MG2522

ypb

I bought a new Canon Pixma MG2522 because I was told it would be combatable with Windows 11.  The printer works great, however, I can't get the scanner to work.  I've downloaded the driver multiple times, but nothing.  How can I get the scanner, included with the printer, to work?
