I've reset the printer to the factory settings. The ink cartridges are all full. I have not changed any settings on the printer. I cannot figure out why i'm having this issue. Help! Thank you.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know about any error messages you're seeing either on the printer or your computer, the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).
It's also helpful to know if you're having this problem all the time, or only with certain programs or applications.
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue!
