WIA driver

I tried to scan from my MX922 printer-scanner and it said I needed the WIA Driver from the Installation CD which I can't find, or from the manufacturer's website. Can you help me to get this and tell me how to install it. Thank You Steve Follestad

I am on Windows 10. I have had this issue for a while but it seems to resolve itself. Not this time. When I followed another thread on this I was stuck at step 5 as the start button was greyed out.

Hi cdog,

Please try scanning using the IJ Scan Utility.  To do this, please click on the Windows Start button in the lower left corner and then the Canon Utilities folder.

In that folder, please click on the IJ Scan Utility.  Once the IJ Scan Utility is open, please click on the Document or Photo button to begin scanning.
