Hi. I have a Canon MG2220 laser printer. I printed a Word docment and 1/8" vertical lines appeared from the left margin to the right margin in part of the document and above this a dotted line also appeared from the left margin to the right margin. A couple of inches later, more vertical lines appeared, again left to right. Yet, a couple of minutes later when I printed a Gmail email, no lines appeared on it. So, I reprinted my Word document, but the lines showed up again.
1) What is causing this problem?
2) How can I correct it?

Hi Margaret444,
Because the issue does not occur when you print emails, we know that the PIXMA MG2220 is not the cause.
