Hi From Newbie Neglecterus:
I have a problem printing a user defined document. After making setting in the printer driver and selecting "print", the document comes out of the bottom tray on letter size paper. I contacted Canon Tech Support and after a while was directed to open Notepad, type the word "test" and from the drop down file, select print. Voila, the test document came out of the upper tray. The Tech Support agent told me that my problem was being caused by MS Word. Has anyone out there experienced this same problem and/or found how to fix MS Word?
I'm running Windows 7 Vista with 2006 MS Office.
