I have a canon Pixma MP560 all in one printer. I just ran the maintenance align print head both auto and manual. And still no change in the print. The printing of vertical lines is still crooked. The printing of pictures are blurred in the middle and about every inch of a printed document is blurred or squiggled like italics. Is there any thing else I can do or is this printer junk.

I have the same problem with my MP560. Did yours get resolved? I did that aut alignment twice. Wikll try cleaning the heads next. I ran out of Magenta and don't want to buy more ink if the printer is going to be printing this way. Rather get a new printer. I have an epson at my office that is great!

Hi tkblue,
Since the printous are still misaligned after performing the print head alignments, we can perform a print head cleaning to see if this will improve the printouts. To perform a print head cleaning, please follow the steps at the link below:

If you still experience difficulty, the printer will require servicing. Please Contact Us for your servicing options.
