Unable to select 4" x 6" as the print size

Hello, 

I am trying to print a photo and there doesn’t seem to be a way for me to select 4 x 6 as an option.  My choice is set to letter size and it won’t allow me to I click that option and select the other sizes.   Any suggestions are appreciated.
