Unable to print an envelop on my PIXMA G3260 printer

PIXMA G3260 printer.

I seem to have lost the ability to print an envelope on my printer.  

I take the 8 1/2in x 11in paper out of the tray, enter envelope length pointing down and envelope Com 10 for a business size letter approx. 4x11.  After doing that I go to my document and try to print.  In printer properties choose Envelope.  In printer paper size I choose Envelope Com 10.  In Orientation, I've tried both Portrait and Landscape.  In media type, I choose envelope. I click ok.  

On page layout, I choose#10 Envelope. On Orientation, I choose Portrait. (I've tried both).

In the print preview, I can only get the print to show at right angles to the envelope.  That is the way that it prints as well.  I used to be able to print envelopes but cannot now.  

I've gone through several "help" pages on the internet, none of which have been any help.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please follow the steps on this page from the G3260's manual to load envelopes:

Once loaded as described on that page, please attempt to print.

If the issue persists, what application on your computer are you using to print from?

I was attempting to print Libre Office Writer.  I had tried to find help on the Internet for printing out of Libre Office Writer.  Nothing on that end worked.  In the print setup for printing from Libre Office Writer, if I tried to show print preview, it would always show only the addressee's address in the left middle of envelope which was shown as inserted vertically.  That's how it would print.

I finally went to an old copy (2003) of Microsoft Office Word and it printed from there.  So I assume it's my problem or Libre Office's and I'll go forward from there.

I was eventually able to get the envelope to print using Microsoft Office 2003.  I had previously set up the printer as your documentation suggested.
