I am installing the driver that goes with my PIXMA TS3120 printer. When I get to the part where it finds the printer, the spinny wheel just keeps spinning. It says it will take "a while" but I have a feeling that something is not quite right, since it has been saying that for over three hours.
When I click on "Troubleshooting" it takes me to a page that says it might take a while and is not a malfunction, since I am "currently installing a windows update". I am NOT. My computer has been updated and is not updating currently.
I am trying to install the driver over USB, because of spending 2.5 hours trying to connect it wirelessly and failing.
