We will need some additional information to try and help you with this issue.
1. Is the printer being used wirelessly or is connected to your computer via USB?
2. What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
3. Do you experience any errors when you attempt to print? If so, document them exactly as they appear.
4. What Printer Offline check box questions do you have in regards to the printer?
