My printer was working fine until last week where it wasn't printing correctly. I did all of the tests and cleans the printer provides. I depleted my old ink cartridges trying to do the cleanings. I finally purchased a new set of cartridges and it picks up all of them, however when I print the test page, all colors appear except magenta. I have tried numerous you tube videos about cleaning the print head but nothing seems to work and I am tired of wasting additional ink on these deep cleans and getting no results. It does pick up the cartridge is there and shows full ink level, but I have been unable to correct this on my own. I am out of warranty and cannot afford a new printer at the moment. If anyone has had this problem and can offer a solution, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
