I have a Canon TS9521C that will not scan to the PC. It tries to kick it off, the PC attempts to capture it but usually during the second page it just stops working. I can print to it until the Cows come home so the networking is fine. It also does this on single page scans. I am using a Windows 10 Pro on a PC. Is there a driver update or something else I need to take care of?
