i purchased a Canon MX479 a while ago, the product is in perfect working condition however i got a new laptop recently; as well as ive just started to use the scan feature. The product scans on auto scan but when i click document or picture i get error messages (2,157, 50 or 2,175,201) periodically.. like ill hit scan and it will give me the error message 7/10, then 3 of those 10 times it will work? HOW DO I FIXXX plss. calling doesnt help either they want you to pay
