I did a bad thing and loaded sticker paper in the cassette that was too heavy! It fed in then started making an awful racket and whirling sound until it jammed.
Now when I try to print it does not print and it returns blank paper out from the back!
Error tells me there is not paper in the cassette, which there is
I looked around everywhere inside that I could for damage but found no broken pieces,
Is there a part I could order to repair this? or info on what to do? or am I going to have to get a new printer. I really liked this one but just can't afford to replace this model.
If I have to buy another printer which less expensive Cannon that uses the same ink ( 5 color cartridges) would you suggest?
Thank so much for your time and knowledge.
