I have a Pixma TS8220 all in one printer that has suddenly started printing pages with some text lines almost completely faded/missing and others not. I tried both color and B&W with same results. The test page prints perfectly - no missing lines or faded spots. I printed out NCAA brackets less than a month ago with no problem. I did try disconnecting the power for a minute and plugging back in but this didn’t help either. I will try again and leave it disconnected for at least 5 minutes.
I am using a mid 2012 MacBook Pro running Mojave OS, 10.14.6. I can’t seem to find any info on what to do when the test page prints correctly but documents don’t. Thank you in advance for any help!

I ended up doing a print head alignment and that fixed my problem. Wish I’d figured it out sooner!

I have tried the auto print head alignment and manual, still having the same issues. On a 5 page PDF document, only one html link printed, and a very faint background logo. i have updated all drivers, checked on the printer side as well to confirm all is up to date.
