Hi, I had needed to print a document and to proceed I disabled the CYAN color, as I kept getting the error messages with the color running out. Now I need to re-enable the CYAN color, cannot find any info on re-enabling it. My printer status has an red X against this color even after installing a new Canon Cyan cartridge... Please help.

Greetings ,
I am not familiar with this printer model and was I'm not aware of a way to disable an individual color besides black.

Can you please provide the steps you performed to do this?

HI Rick,
Many thanks for responding.

Just now need to re-enable it. 😉
Many thanks
