TS6350 issue with PGBK

Hi Canon,

After ~2.5years, my printer started suddently to have issue with the PGBK cardrige. I tried clean, deep clean, manual clean of printer head with distilled water , same result. 

Any way to improve without having to change the print head, which costs a ridiculous price for such a small part (it should cost max 10$ to produce) ?
