I have a Canon TS6320 scanner and windows 10 operating system and I use the IJ Scan Utility over Wifi. When I initiate the scan the printer responds and appears to scan the document. But after scanning, my laptop displays an error message. "Cannot communicate with scanner." Both printer and laptop are connected to the same wifi network. It seems the printer can receive instructions from the laptop, but can not send them back, or the laptop can't receive them. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago so I unistalled the software and re-installed. I was able to scan successfully afterwards, but now when I try again, I'm back where I started. Any help would be appreciated.
