TS6220 not printing colors

My TS6220 printer does not print any colors, only the black in pictures.  I have changed all of the ink catridges and it still will not print colors.

Hi rdecker,

No color ink on the may be related to the nozzles being clogged.  Please perform the steps located in the following link to improve the print quality: Maintenance Procedure.

Please provide a picture or scan of the printed nozzle check pattern if you continue to have trouble with the print quality.
