My Canon TS3722 was working fine, until just a few days ago. Nothing had changed.
It started showing OFFLINE. I reinstalled the driver and now it is only showing as a scanner, no longer as a printer.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

We should be able to but we need a bit more info, what pc or device are you using and what operating system does your device use and how was your printer connected to it.

worked fine now it doesn't... I'm not technical enough to follow all the 'if this, then that' instructions... NOTHING changed in My setup, so why did this thing quit working?

so I got it to run paper through... won't PRINT on it though and yes, the ink cartridges are brand new... I'll look for answers that make sense when I get Home from work tomorrow... but this **bleep** thing bout to go into the trash

Most printing problems, not all, are caused by what the printer is connected to, which is far more complicated, than the printer itself. What model printer do you have and what is it connected to?

If it only showing as a scanner then Windows has not install the printer drivers on correctly then uninstall it fully reinstall the full canon drivers package and add the printer up as well
