TS3120 will not instal even with the latest downloads to Win 10 Pro

I have installed the software now 4 times and each time at the end it tells me to connect the printer which I do

and then it finds it, but tells me to wait while it finishes the install, which never completes,. just asking me to wait for ever and ever.

I don't think there are any known issues with the installer under W10.  Regardless of the build.

Assume you are connecting the USB directly to the computer and not to a hub?

Have you tried plugging the connector into a different port

Have you tried using a different cable?

Try installing under a different user profile - ensure local admin permissions
