As in the linked photos, there's a repeating pattern of blue characters / smears "riding along" the edges of intended printed objects.
I say "riding along" because the angle of the block of unwanted characters/smearing changes depending on the slope of the object edge.
We did a print head cleaning. Also removed printhead and checked for ink buildup, and gave it a manual cleaning.
Any help would be appreciated.

After you performed the nozzle cleaning, did you print a nozzle check? If so, could you attach a picture of the nozzle check to your reply.
