Hi,
I bought the printer 1.5 year back and hardly used it. Setup the printer few months back and it worked fine. Then didn't use for couple of months and turned it on 2 days back and suddenly seeing error code 6951. Tried turning off and turning back on. Also call the Canon Tech Support but they said issue seems to be with hardware and they can't do anything since it is out of warranty. I am not able to locate any Canon Repair Center near me. Kindly advise what are my options here. I live in Washington Seattle area.
Thanks
Shipra

Hi,
Since the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
