Hello Canon Community
I bought a Pixma TR8550 and have a problem when I want to switch off the printer by pressing the power button. The shutdown process hangs.
When I plug out my WLAN access point that the printer has no connect to the WLAN, then the shutdown works fine.
Do you have the same issue detected? Any help is very appreciated.
