Printer was working fine. Now gives a "1430 Col" (cartridge not installed correctly) error. Changed cartridge(s). Same error. Cleaned contacts. Same error. I just wanted to scan a document. WHY can I not ignore this error and do the scan. It's TERRIBLE design for a MFD to be limited like this. WHY would you design it like that ?
I cannot buy a Canon device again if this is the level of (lack of) engineering common sense. There MUST be a keyboard override combo. Please tell me what it is.
