I replaced an ink cartridge and no matter what I do I get the support code 1411 message. I’ve tried reinserting it and a hard reboot, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions???

Hi Moonlitevt,
Please open the cover and take a photo of the ink tanks that are installed in your PIXMA TS9120.
Next, please close the cover and take a photo of the error message that appears on your PIXMA TS9120's display.
Please reply to this post with both of those images so we can assist you further.
